Hi, I’m Chantal Fraser.

I founded Empowered Path Inc. in 2012 with the idea of doing more of what I loved best - speaking and training.

As much as I’d love to say becoming a veteran and starting a business was a seamless transition, it took a little testing and tweaking to get to the place I’m at now, facilitating Cultivating Safe Spaces workshops (and a few others) for employers across Canada.

During that process, I realized the skills I’d learned while serving as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces weren’t just transferable to my own business projects. They can also help you reach your goals.

More than that, I learned there’s a need for a lot of the other things I love doing that help others like mentoring, coaching, leading teams and managing complex projects.

I genuinely believe that each of us has gifts to share with the world.

My special interests are storytelling, leadership (understanding people), and helping you discover ways to help yourself, your communities and organizations thrive.

I facilitate workshops for employers across Canada, with emphasis on Cultivating Safe Spaces, Indigenous Inclusion, and Mentoring. On the flip side I share tactics and strategies to help you discover or create your ideal jobs.
